How to request deletion

Send an email to support@zehtechnologies.com with:

Subject: Data Deletion Request - AuroGuard VPN
Your registered email (if used in support communication).
Any identifiers that help us locate your records.

Timeline

We review and process valid requests within 30 days. If additional verification is required, we will contact you using your request email.

What we delete

We may retain minimum records needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and security obligations.

Support records and communication history tied to your email where legally allowed.
Associated diagnostic records that can be linked to your request.
