By installing or using AuroGuard VPN, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Allowed use

You agree not to use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities, including unauthorized access, malware, phishing, spam, or fraud.

3. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, and network limitations may affect performance.

4. Subscriptions

Purchases made through Google Play are billed and managed under Google Play policies. Refunds follow Google Play rules unless otherwise required by law.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access where misuse, legal risk, security concerns, or policy violations occur.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZEH Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service use.
